At Delta Chambers, we have over 100 pieces of Strength and cardio equipment excluding accessories and dumbbells. Our dedicated outdoor gym with EXPLODE equipment, allows you to train under the sun and in fresh air. Members can chill in the lounge while using the complimentary high-speed WIFI.

At Thika Road Mall (TRM) we feature Nairobi’s best equipped strength, cardio, and functional training facility. The 1,300 sqm large facility hosts 500+ unique pieces of exercise equipment. The center piece is a 20 meter long Astro Turf Track.

The Kisumu Club (KIS) is located on the 1st floor of United Mall Kisumu | Midway.

With a total floor area of 700 sqm and 500 sqm of workout space, the club hosts 100+ unique pieces of exercise equipment and a 110 sqm world-class group exercise studio.

A highlight of KIS is the AFROFIT member lounge, allowing members to socialize and network.
